Introducing Our Summer holidays Kids Crochet Course!
Welcome to an exciting adventure in creativity and craftsmanship! We are delighted to introduce our new 3 week Kids Crochet Course. Whether your child is a budding artist or simply loves to try new things, this course is perfect for sparking their imagination and developing their skills. Dates: 26 July, 2 and 9 August and 16, 23 and 30 August 2024.
Week 1: Getting Started with Crochet
In the first week, we lay the foundation for our crochet journey. Kids will be introduced to the basics of crochet, including understanding different types of yarns and hooks. Our friendly and experienced instructor will guide them through essential techniques such as making a slip knot, chaining, and double crochet stitch.
Week 2: Exploring Patterns and Textures
In Week 2, we dive deeper into the art of crochet. Kids will learn how to read simple patterns and explore different textures and stitch combinations.
Week 3: Granny Squares
The final week is the most exciting as kids get to apply everything they’ve learned to create a granny square.
