This course is perfect for a knitter looking for a new challenge. The course is structured as four one hour sessions over five weeks. An experienced knitter will take you through the process of knitting a sock, leaving you time between sessions to knit the leg and foot of the sock. You will be using 5 double pointed needles and learning to knit in the round.
Session 1: Casting and on knitting the cuff
Session 2: Knitting the heel flap
Session 3: Turning the heel and picking up the gusset
There will be a 2 week gap so that you have time to knit the foot of the sock
Session 4: Decreasing for the toe and grafting the toe
Sock yarn, needles and pattern provided
